WOW, can you believe another long weekend has come & gone? Hope you had fun!
July heralds some truly HOT weather and of course the CHA show...it's back in Chicago again this year and we're thrilled!
We just LOVE visiting Chicago! I'm looking forward to seeing all the awesome new products debuting at the show.
July also means some extra studio time for me as I'm creating samples & new classes for the busy Fall season...
I've actually got a few new Christmas cards finished! You'll have to wait for the next post to see them
but I do have some other cool new samples to check out in my Gallery & MULTIPLICITY pages.
I've added some new dates to my Schedule and a new class as well.
There are two new additions to my Collins Group Vendor list...I'm very pleased to now represent Quick Quotes & COOKBOOKIN in Ontario & Quebec!

I'd like to wish everyone a safe & happy holiday weekend...I hope you're all enjoying some beautiful weather now!
The Collins Group trade show in late March was awesome and 2 of my new classes were inspired by some wonderful new blossom stamps by Outlines.

Wow, the weather this week has been awesome...makes me want to get out there to do some gardening.
I know, it's still a little too early but my crocuses have come up already!
Hope you all enjoyed the Olympics, they were certinaly fun to watch...nice to feel the nation's pride swell as well!
CHA was a whirlwind of activity and I'm very pleased that The Collins Group has added the following lines to my territory,
Glue Arts,TrimCraft & Piggy Tales.
Several new dates have been added to my class Schedule and I've also add two new classes,
MORE CONFIDENT COLOURING WITH COPICS and FABULOUS FOIL EFFECTS.

The last 3 months of 2009 went by so fast I got whiplash...I'm sure you know how that feels.
I hope everyone had a relaxing break over the holidays.
I finally got to spend some much needed time in my studio, resulting in a few NEW classes. The Gallery has also been updated.
I'm very happy that The Collins Group has added We R Memory Keepers and Layers Of Color to the list of vendors I represent in Ontario & Quebec.
CHA in Anaheim, CA is just around the corner and I'm certainly looking forward to seeing
(the sun again!) all the awesome new products this show debuts.
Now that the snow has arrived in earnest, remember to practice safe shovelling and happy stamping!

For the first time ever I'll be teaching in D.D.O., Quebec & Cornwall, Ontario...
I'm looking forward to my trip back to Montreal this Fall!

Now that the hot summer weather has finally arrived in Southern Ontario I hope you're all out there enjoying the sunshine.
I've been out on the road lately, touring the coutryside & making sales calls.
I did find some studio time though between my appointments...it's always fun to create Christmas card samples in July.

I recently joined The Collins Group
and I'm very pleased to now be representing a plethora of
awesome rubber stamp, paper arts & scrapbooking companies!
Now that the weather is agreeable and I have lots of new products to sell,
it looks like I'll be on the road quite a lot this summer.

Finally! The warm weather is here, the grass is green and the flowers in my garden are beautiful.
I certainly hope you've been enjoying this awesome weather.
Aside from doing copious amounts of yard work and spring clean up...my studio alone took days!
I've been busy creating, check out the new Versatile Vellum class and some new dates posted on my Schedule.
The Multiplicity page has been updated with lots of elegant orchid samples.
Below are some cards we'll be making when I teach at The Frog's Whiskers Ink in June,

The snow banks have finally melted, the temperature is above freezing and the sun is shining!

Rosewood has a lovely new collection of holiday designs... I have updated their page with some water colour samples
and I'll be demoing in their booth at the CreativFestival in Toronto on Sat. Oct. 18th.
It's hard to believe that a year has gone by since we picked Sidney up from the Humane Society.
Many people have been asking where his picture is on the website...so here he is!
I know, I know I should have posted his handsome pic long ago...he's a character and we love him to pieces!

With Labor Day just around the corner and everyone getting back to their regular schedules & school etc...
I can't help but feel we missed those lazy, hazy days of summer!
Our trip to Chicago was a blast and we've updated the GALLERY
with lots of colourful samples
incorporating products newly released at CHA.
Check out the 2 new holiday classes COLOURFUL CLAY CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS
and PEARLESCENT CHRISTMAS CARDS.
There are also many new class dates on my Schedule.
Cards featuring conmforting words for sympathy have been included on the MULTIPLICITY
page...it's always a good idea to have a few of these in your card stash.

Finally the hot weather is here and the sun is shining! You'll find lots of sunshine inspired samples

I love to work outside whenever I can...you just can't beat the natural light. So grab your stamping and colouring supplies, find a shady spot outside, relax and remember to stop and smell the flowers!

Resist techniques are some of my favourites.
I've added my new JUST TRY TO RESIST IT! class and I'm hoping that you just won't be able to resist this class.

Yes, it's CHA time again, safe travels to all attending this year.
I'm hoping to find some exciting new products to show my customers here in Ontario.
We're certainly looking forward to the warmer climate...enough with the snow already!

Recently I read an article on how to keep my brain healthy & improve memory skills.
One of the best ways we can keep our brains growing and firing on all cylinders is to learn new things & have new experiences.
So in the spirit of maintaining a healthy brain I encourage you to experiment artistically,
try & learn new skills and techniques...not only will your creativity get a boost your brain will to!
