Invicta Air is a pilot operations group based in Ontario, Canada. The company boasts a staff of pilots and planes that take tourists on route throughout the southern area of the province and also provide a breathtaking view of Niagara Falls. The firm’s planes fly out of the Niagara District Airport in southern Ontario.
Computan developed a system for Invicta Air to take airline reservations online and in turn build up a strong contact database for the firm. In addition, the reservation system was linked to a back-end scheduling system that the office scheduling staff uses to schedule pilots and planes for specific dates. The integrated system is used to facilitate coordination between supply of pilots and customer demand. The final component is to seamlessly integrate these powerful tools with a website designed to fit in with Invicta’s corporate strategy.
